Carmella Faller

Paralegal

Carmella Graduated LLB Law from the University of Exeter in 2023 and has since joined Tozers as a Paralegal in the new build homes team. Carmella helps clients and works together with the new build conveyancing team to facilitate the legal processes involved in buying a house. A normal day involves opening client cases, sending and replying to client emails, drafting documents, dealing with the land registry, local councils and property developers. Enjoying the methodical nature of the work, Carmella ensures all the correct steps are followed in purchasing a property and is a friendly face and clear communicator. The work is varied and fast paced, so there is always something new to learn. New build conveyancing acts as its own team, working closely together to make purchasing your new build as seamless and quick as possible. During Carmella’s time at University, she was a mentor on the Sutton Trust Pathways to Law Programme, helping and giving advice to A-level/College students applying for University. In her spare time Carmella enjoys road trips, travelling, spending time with friends and family, trying new foods, going to restaurants, and being an active youth leader and choir member in her church.
