Fantastic solicitors
Recently sold 2 properties that were leasehold. Due to cladding issues, the property sale was more complicated than most, however Cathy Bailey took the time to understand and find all the details required and completed both sales as originally planned. We will continuing to use Cathy for all future and sales and Alan Knight for purchases - both are high recommended.

Highly recommend
We have recently sold a property through Cathy Bailey and Alan Knight at Bitterne Branch. Both were wonderful. Cathy talked me through each step of the sale. Cathy was approachable, knowledgeable and professional throughout and I will continue to use her for all our sales. Highly recommend.

Excellent service
Just used eric robinson at bitterne to purchase another property and found solicitor Alan Knight and his senior legal secretary Cathy Bailey very efficient with excellent communication and very helpful 10/10 for service.

Perfection
Absolutely fantastic service from Alan Knight and Cathy Bailey, if there was ever such a thing as a stress free process in buying a property , I can assure you Alan and Cathy delivered it.
Kept me informed the whole way, explained each step in a professional and friendly manner, with the odd dash of humour thrown in.
I would not hesitate to use Eric Robinson in Bitterne again , with such fantastic service and fantastic staff, what’s not to like

Property Conveyancing at Bitterne Office
Excellent service from Alan Knight and Cathy Bailey at the Bitterne Office.
Very prompt at replying to emails, easy to contact the office by phone & good service in selling two different properties for us in the last 18 months.

Efficient and professional
We used the firm when we sold a property via Modern Auction. It was important that contracts were exchanged as soon as possible. Alan and Cathy were very professional and efficient and kept us informed of progress. They were also very approachable. Would be happy to use again.

Excellent Service

Superb Service
Having purchased land at an auction that I had not seen or in fact read the legal pack for (quite an impulse purchase), Alan Knight had an exceptionally tight timeline to deliver too, and also some potential hurdles! From first contact Alan was on task, gave great advice and ensured that every part of the process was smooth and comprehensive. His advice, great communication and swift and detailed work allowed the purchase to complete ahead of deadline and with minimal disruption to my very busy days! It was a pleasure working with Alan and I would always come back straight to him for any further work. Thank you so much!
