Sale of our flat in Southampton completed, finally, today. A very difficult and stressful sale with buyers, and their solicitor, not complying agreements, missing deadlines, apparently delaying at every turn. Cathy Baily handled all these hurdles with utter professionalism. She provided us with direct feedback in a prompt manner and helped us keep our cool when the wheels appeared to be falling off the bus over Christmas.
