We’ve just completed on our very first family home. I honestly cannot fault Michelle and the team. They’ve been amazing. Michelle was recommended to us through family. Her communication has been great throughout, her patience and understanding when things weren’t going as they were meant to in the earlier days, and her professionalism is next to none. We have been very happy with the service provided by Michelle Parker and Alison Clancey. They were excelent in all ways. Efficient, perfect communication, always available. The deal went nice and smooth and excided everyones expectations. From contacting Michelle to a done deal it took us just 5 weeks, which is unbelivably quick. Smooth deal with every part of the deal proffessionaly orchestrated by the team at E.Robinson. A huge thank you to the team on helping us to get our first property. Would definitelly use again. Sale of house
I found Michelle Parker so warm, understanding & compassionate throughout an experience I've never been through before. I really appreciated her expertise, her motivation & her humanity.

Helpful, good communicators, would recommend…
Michelle and Allison were both very clear and kind in their support and handling of both the sale and purchase of our homes. The app was useful. Communication was very quickly responded to via email and calls. There was occasions that I chased or made contact to third parties to speed things up, in order to help. But in my experience, this is common with most sales/purchases anyway, so to be expected. Would recommend overall as a quality solicitor! Thank you both!

A long house move

Fantastic service

Cornwall Move
Michelle did an absolutely wonderful job going through my conveyancing, making what was a treacle strewn path in my head into quite a smooth journey, despite the odd challenge. My move was due to the sad loss of my partner in January, Michelle dealt with me in a kind and compassionate way, but with total professionalism. Not a bad word to say about the whole process.

In difficult times and under a lot of pressure Michelle and Alison dealt with the work load in a professional way and were excellent at keeping me informed and keeping me up to date and staying in touch.
It makes a huge difference being able to pick up the phone and knowing that you can talk to someone rather than an answering machine or pushing buttons. We are loosing the art of communication these days and it relieves the stress to be able to communicate in person. Thank you both for your perseverance and patience it was greatly appreciated in getting me into my new home.
