We engaged Theresa Woodford of Eric Robinson Solicitors to handle our house sale and purchase, at the recommendation of our estate agent. We are so glad that we did, and have been delighted with the service provided by Theresa. She has always been responsive and thorough, and helped us to navigate and resolve any complications on the way. We very much appreciated being able to fill in all our forms online and submit scanned copies of all our documents. It made the whole process very straightforward. Although we are not planning to move again any time soon, we would definitely use Theresa again if the need arose, and would be very happy to recommend her to others.

We were kept informed of progress. Every email we sent was responded to within a couple of hours. Two visits to reception to return necessary paperwork was handled by a very knowledgeable and friendly receptionist. All an excellent experience.

We engaged Eric Robinson Solicitors for our recent house purchase in Winchester. It would be difficult to overstate just how good Theresa and Ellie were, and we are extremely fortunate to have found them. Theresa was thorough, patient, consistent, and regular in her communication. In particular, when questions emerged from the conveyancing process, she took the time to explain these to us carefully so we understood the implications. Solicitors often get a bad wrap when people are moving house. We switched to Eric Robinson after a previous purchase fell through and found that our previous solicitor (recommended by an affiliated Estate Agent) had been difficult to contact and slow to act. Theresa, Ellie & the Eric Robinson team were a breath of fresh air. They were easily contactable, responsive and thorough. Fees and legal information were made clear and digestible. Most importantly for us, Theresa was very honest and pragmatic at a time when we needed clarity and couldn’t ‘see the light’ - for that we are extremely grateful. We would happily recommend Eric Robinson (notably Theresa & Ellie) to anyone.
