Started process of selling joint owned home with Kate and later all business was passed to Nadine. We also had dealing with Matthew who completed his part of the process satisfactorily. Nadine picked everything up well and was very good at keeping us informed by e-mail/phone although we did notice the on-line progress checker was not updated.

Completion of wills.
We were very impressed by the whole ambience of the building and the politeness of the reception staff.We could not have had a better experience because of the expertise of Mathew and his calm,warm reassuring manner that helped us to finalise our thoughts to complete our wills.

Preparation of mirrored wills and assistance setting up a bare trust
Matthew provided an excellent service in translating our requirements for the mirrored wills. He clearly explained the complexities of setting up trusts and answered all our our questions clearly, patiently and promptly. He also helped us set up a bare trust for our grandchild, although we felt that we did have to push for that support. Once agreed though, Matthew again progressed this to a timely conclusion. Matthew is very personable and we will certainly use him again if the need arises. Thank you Matthew.
