I am very grateful for all the hard work and diligence of Kate Kenvin during my first house purchase. Further, Kate's friendly, personable and thoughtful nature meant that the whole experience was made so much easier, during what would otherwise been a very stressful experience. I cant thank her enough for that. B&B handled both our sale and purchase. The UK Conveyancing Market has clearly become complex and onerous. Coupled with the vagaries of third parties and our specific circumstances it made a tortuous and extended journey. The B&B Team worked hard to achieve our objectives, going above and beyond on more than one occasion including responses out of normal working hours. The Team always responded positively to our persistent enquires.

We used Bookers and Bolton for both sale and purchase of our property. We are extremely satisfied with the service they provided. Extremely prompt, always ready to address our concerns, taking time out to explain things to us in detail. We had a slightly tricky sale process and our assigned solicitor Dawn ensured she was on top of everything. We also worked with Kate temporarily and she was amazing as well. I cannot recommend this firm enough.

Moving house is supposed to be one of the most stressful things to do. But with Bookers and Bolton leading the legal part it was such a amazing experience. The phone was always answered quickly with such happy and professional staff. Dawn, Nadine and Kate brilliant. 5 stars are really not enough

Started process of selling joint owned home with Kate and later all business was passed to Nadine. We also had dealing with Matthew who completed his part of the process satisfactorily. Nadine picked everything up well and was very good at keeping us informed by e-mail/phone although we did notice the on-line progress checker was not updated.
