We recently used this firm for both our house sale and purchase, and we’re genuinely grateful for the support throughout. Jodi was fantastic — incredibly responsive and always clear in her communication, guiding us through the process with professionalism and care. Cindy was equally brilliant too. Mandy the accounts clerk also deserves a special mention for making the financial side feel smooth and stress‑free. Even when we made some enquiries about the payment, Mandy was super efficient and explained in simple terms for us to understand. Most of our communication was over email with the occasional phone call, and every interaction was reassuring and efficient. The app was another huge plus, letting us track progress in real time and upload documents easily. We never felt the need to chase for updates because we were kept informed at every stage. Overall, a really positive experience from start to finish. Would happily recommend.

B&B handled both our sale and purchase. The UK Conveyancing Market has clearly become complex and onerous. Coupled with the vagaries of third parties and our specific circumstances it made a tortuous and extended journey. The B&B Team worked hard to achieve our objectives, going above and beyond on more than one occasion including responses out of normal working hours. The Team always responded positively to our persistent enquires.

Although the service felt somewhat remote, and communication from us always entailed leaving a message for a call back, searches and survey were commissioned efficiently, estimates and final invoices were clear. The lady in accounts (Mandy Watts) was extremely helpful. After completion disbursements for other services, e.g. estate agent were made after B&B had sought authorisation. The whole process took four and a half months, longer than we had expected but this was due to delays occasioned by the FTBs and their independent solicitor. We were broadly satisfied by the service we received and there was plenty of phone contact in the final crucial stages.
