Ben was very informative about the process of seeking probate, setting out the steps I needed to take, the timescale I had to work to and ensuring I kept clear records, enabling when he applied for probate on my behalf the outcome was successful. I don’t think I could have done any of it without his legal expertise and clear advice throughout.
