Michala Was my solicitor for my first property. As this was something knew to me she made sure to have everything in order and explained everything in detail. She was also a phone call away if I needed something. There was a couple issues from the other party but Michala was quick to act, allowing for a fast and smooth process. I was very happy with the service i received and I’ll be recommend Michala highly to everyone.

Conveyancing
Michala was conveyancing on a sale of a flat that proved difficult to sell in the leasehold housing market downturn of 2023. I was kept fully up to date with progress on all the "sale agreeds" , and I believe on the final sale she acted most promptly responding to a raft of buyers solicitors questions/queries, thus enabling this sale to get through to completition.

Smooth move!
Michala was very professional and made our move as smooth as possible - it’s not the easiest thing to do and she made it effortless.
She went the full extra mile to ensure we was always up to date with updates from others which meant we moved quickly into our forever home.
We had some challenges along the way with our buyers and sellers and she took care of it all and moved to our deadline.

Flexible and compassionate

Feedback on conveyance/probate
Every time I visited or called for info or update .. I was talked thru and informed of all of the stages of the sale of my deceased brothers property.. even if I had to asked for it to be 'repeated' ! Very highly recommend
