Michala Ward

Michala recently helped with changing our mortgage provider and the required conveyancing. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient as well as being incredibly approachable and friendly. The whole process from start to finish was completely stress free with Michala's help. I can't not recommend Michala highly enough! I would rate her 10 out of 5 if i could.

Thank you for your lovely review and for taking the time to share your experience. Your kind comments and recommendation are very much appreciated

Excellent service received from Michala at Eric Robinson on a recent New Forest house purchase. Completely professional, very efficient and super quick responses to any queries. More importantly, completely down to earth, very easy to deal with and lovely to chat to on the phone! For what can be one of the more stressful processes to go through it is always very reassuring when you have someone like Michala acting on your behalf. Can’t recommend highly enough and would happily use again.

Michala was excellent, I am completely satisfied with the service I received. I highly recommend her. She had to deal with the buyers Solicitors who were a nightmare, and yet she managed to get the exchange done.

I was so disappointed in the service i received. I worked with several solicitors and most of them made me feel so small and ridiculous. They were disrespectful and I got the strong impression that my ‘case’ didn’t mean anything to them and I was an unpleasant diversion that got in the way of other things. Furthermore there actions and handling of the case has cost me money as I paid at least two more months of rent then I needed to pay.
