Above and beyond hardworking
Eric Robertson has been my family solicitors since I was a little boy (I am in my 50s). We have always used them as their dedication to help knows no bounds. Recently I dealt with Jodi, Sarah and Charlie in regards to a complicated house sale and they were amazing. I cannot recommend Eric Robertsons enough. 10 stars! (out of five)

Conveyancing work
The transaction was expected to be fairly straightforward but turned out to be anything but, for a number of reasons outside of Eric Robinson’s control. They gave great advice all the way through, keeping a steady hand on the tiller, and looking at all the twists and turns I am extremely pleased to have taken the decision to use their services for this transaction given what they had to overcome.

Winding up the family estate
Living so far from my family home, it was going to be hard to do everything required to wind up the family estate and honor my Parents' wills. Jodi Hamlin took on the entire task for me. Communication was good. I had a certain level of taking part, but with no experience. Between Jodi and Caroline, they kept me informed and were only too happy to help when needed. I was impressed with the level of professionalism, skill and dedication to the task. Highly recommended.

Very supportive
A difficult and lengthy sale of my mothers flat after her death was made more manageable by Sarah and her team. We had a fairly lengthy chain and other complications but they steered us through in a very supportive way.
