I have never had any dealing with solicitors and Eric Robinson (Terry & Jodie) were extremely helpful, helped me get things in an order and helped my family get back to normality alot quicker that I had imagined.

Inheritance planning
Jodi covered all aspects of this topic, including some I hadn't thought of . She explained options clearly and succinctly, did the work as expected and went beyond what was expected too. I have nothing but praise for her and would not hesitate to use her again in the future.

Professional, compassionate and insightful Service.
I received a high standard of professional service, excellent communication and fast turnaround of document creation from Jodi Hamblin. My previous company of solicitors went out of business without warning and I needed immediate help with making a new will and new powers of attorney. The process was ethical, compassionate and unrushed despite the urgent need for documentation. I felt able to talk to Jodi about any issues concerning me and to talk through aspects that I was not sure about. The outcome is that I feel reassured that in the event of debilitating illness or death that my best interests will be at the heart of any decisions made.

Making a Will
Jodi was very professional and gave me clear understandable advice which she was happy to explain to me more once. With every decision I made she talked me through the implications. Fabulous clear cut advice from a very approachable lady. I signed my Will with 100% confidence that I’d been guided through the procedure very professionally and with my best interests and wishes top of the list.

Probate and settlement of parents estate
Jodi Hamlin and her assistants have been very professional and hlepful throughout this process, which to most of us we only have to do once or twice. No question was too simple and her support and explanation and diligence to get the whole process through in just over 6 months was fantastic.
I have no hessitation in recommending her and this firm for any further legal assitance required.

Probate Application
As someone who has never handled a person's will and estate before, I found the service provided by Eric Robinson Solicitors was excellent. Jodi explained the process in an easy-to-understand but professional manner during the initial consultation and was able to start preparing the application upon instruction. I was always kept informed of progress throughout and extremely pleased that the Grant of Probate was completed without any complications.

Excellent Service

Excellent probate service
Jodi Hamlin did an excellent job in handling probate for us. This included closing down a trust and all asscoiated work. She was efficient, professional and very personal. She also responded to questions in a very timely manner. A delight to work with and I would heartily recommend her.

Superb Service
Having recently lost my sister and having to administer her estate, I approached Eric Robinson Solicitors for advice. Their support, understanding, communication and service have been outstanding and taken much of the concern and pressure from me.
