Excellent immigration support This was the second time we used Saria and her team, and once again their attention to detail proved invaluable. We believed our application was complete, but one crucial document was incorrect — my wife’s college had entered her for the wrong Speaking & Listening exam, which we were unaware of. Had we submitted the application ourselves, it would almost certainly have been rejected. BHB Law identified the issue immediately, advised us clearly, and ensured my wife was able to resit the correct exam at short notice before the Christmas break. Her extension was subsequently approved without issue. I cannot recommend Saria and her team highly enough. Their expertise and diligence quite literally made the difference.

We highly recommend the services of BHB Law for its professional, timely and successful support. Saria and the team were always helpful and quickly responded to any enquiry or request we had. We used Saria’s services on three different occasions: spouse visa application, Indefinite Leave to Remain and Naturalisation - all were successful and quite straightforward. This was done in a much quicker time compared to some of our friends who used other solicitors or applied on their own. For example, our naturalisation application was approved within just a month and a half! Applying for visas can be such a time-consuming and stressful experience. However, if you choose Saria’s services, you should know you’re in safe hands and the amount of time or contact with the Home Office will be reduced to minimal. Each time the Home Office had an enquiry regarding one of our documents, Saria handled it immediately. When a mistake was made in the Naturalisation certificate, within hours of Saria contacting the Home Office, we had confirmation from the Home Office that a new certificate would be printed and posted to us. That communication saved us so much time, energy and potentially a high charge. We seriously cannot recommend Saria’s services enough, and we sincerely thank her, Karen and everyone who handled our applications. (NA and PH)

BHB Law were recommended to me by my mother. They assisted her with her application for Indefinite Leave to Remain and ultimately helped her secure her citizenship (2016 to 2020.) My own application for leave to remain (starting 2019) was complex and required 3rd party input, argument through legal precedence and the writing of expert reports.
