I was asked by Dylan to do this review as my case was done by PCD Solicitors last year. In July 2024 I had my email account suspended one month later the police arrested me in my house and took my devices on suspicion of possessign indecent images of children. I spoke to Dylan and Marcus at the start of my case and signed on with the firm for pre charge engagement as I still deny all knowledge of doing anything on my device that was illegal. Next seven months were he ll, they damaged me and my family in ways that I can’t even describe, but always felt I had someone in my corner with PCD. In the end the police decided to take no further action on my case because they said they had lost my device, in my opinion they didn’t lose my device but realised they made a mistake when Marcus helped me write my statement and got their own forensic specialist to scrutinise my accounts and sent that to the police, which showed I didn’t do anything illegal. In the end it was a good result, it has had a lasting impact on me but when I needed it Marcus and Dylan were there. Regards, Shaun

After a horrendous experience being arrested for a serious allegation, I contacted PCD online. Within 20 minutes at about 8pm, I had a call from Brian. I found this company PCD solicitors online, gave them a call to see if they could help me in a case I had from being arrested. I spoke with Brian who advised that yes they could help as they specialise in this. I paid them a fixed fee as this is what they are, and can't complain as they set straight to work on my case and contacted the PC dealing and investigating the alleged allegations, after 20 weeks of worrying and.been on bail I received an email from Rhiannon the legal assistant advising me that no further action was being taken and the case is now closed, I would recommend PCD Solicitors to anyone wanting good advice and service and for the best possible outcome.
