I have dealt with Glynis and Nadia at Nelson’s whom were both extremely thorough, knowledgeable, empathetic and efficient.
I have also dealt with Naomi, Lewis and Lesley. The accounts department and the solicitors communication could do with working more efficiently with improved communication. I’ve had to make contact I unnecessarily as a result .

I have recently completed an inheritance dispute using Nelsons, under the provision for family and dependants act. I am pleased with how the process was completed and in particular with the empathy from Lewis and Emma. They were realistic, highly knowledgeable, efficient, and made the process as easy as could be expected. Although it didn’t look like it would be possible to resolve this way, they handled a mediation for me, and we were able to get agreement with all parties online. This saved a long wait for a court case, a huge amount of stress all round, and a lot of costs. I would thoroughly recommend if you find yourself in a similar situation.
