      Truly remarkable solicitor

      Danielle has been fantastic right from the moment she took on my case . She really listened to how I had suffered due to clinical negligence during a private operation and totally understood what I was going through. She displayed great sensitivity and empathy towards me when we spoke. The case was very challenging as I had no support from any of the medical profession who I had asked for help. For someone who didn't know me before we spoke she showed great trust and belief in me. During the case I came to understand more about what had gone wrong during the operation which helped me deal with the situation. There were times when even the experts she recruited were not fully supportive but she kept on with steely determination . Eventually a successful outcome was achieved and Danielle should be very proud of herself for the expertise with which she handled the case. It has been a great comfort to me to have someone fighting in my corner and I will be eternally grateful .

      Very disappointing experience so far with Nelsons Law. They were instructed to deal with my remortgage, but I have had to chase them simply to establish whether my file has even been opened and is being progressed. I had received no request for payment or information, yet when I chased for an update I was told to refer to correspondence supposedly sent on 18 September. I checked my emails and could not find this correspondence. What is particularly frustrating is that if information was outstanding, nobody appeared to follow up with me to request it. With my current mortgage deal expiring on 23 November, I should not have to repeatedly chase a conveyancing firm just to get the process moving. At this stage, the communication and proactive management of my remortgage have been extremely poor. I will update this review depending on how Nelsons handles the matter from here.
