I have dealt with Glynis and Nadia at Nelson’s whom were both extremely thorough, knowledgeable, empathetic and efficient.
I have also dealt with Naomi, Lewis and Lesley. The accounts department and the solicitors communication could do with working more efficiently with improved communication. I’ve had to make contact I unnecessarily as a result .

Nelsons Service
I have always found the service received from Nelsons over the years to be professional, personal, efficient and caring. Advice and help have been willingly given and time taken to listen and respond to questions thoughtfully. My experience with Nelsons.
My father was a lawyer, and i am aware of what makes a great lawyer. My family
got extremely lucky when we recently hired Nelsons to handle our aunt's estate. Especially since Nadia Faki has been the lawyer we have had the great fortune of dealing with. She has been very professional, does everything when and how she said she will do it....and quite frankly, she made handling the estate a very easy procedure, which is saying something, considering we all live in a different country. (Canada) In short, she is a great lawyer.

Professional service
You did what I would have expected: a service that was professional, polite, unintimidating and very satisfactory. At no point did we feel rushed. Questions were answered clearly. Very personable solicitors dealt with us.

Great communication
I used Nelsons when I needed to apply to the Court of Protection to manage my aunt's financial affairs. This is not a quick process, but Nadia kept in touch with me throughout, so that I knew what progress was being made. Everyone I met at Nelsons was pleasant, helpful and efficient and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
