I believe Rina was perfectly suited for the journey I’ve had over the last 18 months. She is extremely professional but also is very supportive and caring, which I think is essential when going through such a tough and emotional journey.
Even with obstacles thrown at the last minute she made sure that I would have all the knowledge I needed. If she was unavailable she had an amazing team work with her who really have helped this whole process go seamlessly.

Went in to this process quite stressed as previous solicitors were vague and slow to respond. Suzi was professional and attentative, responding to all my queries promptly. This level of customer service (as well as the desired end result) was key to the 5 star rating. They explained the steps involved and provided a clear breakdown of the charges, making the whole process very transparent, thus alieviating alot of the stress. The whole process was dealt with swiftly and the solicitors fees worth it.

Even though my case went on for over 4 years, for what in my eyes was an easy & straight forward case, all the solicitors that were involved over the years were informative & understanding to my situation. I found that whenever I made contact, response was pretty efficient & quick.
Julie certainly seemed to be the most pro-active solicitor in the case, with clear instruction & advice, in which she was involved in the case, at the final & most important hurdle. Thank you Julie, for keeping me calm when at my most impatient/frustrated times!
There was only really negative experience in the case, which was in the earlier stages, where I felt I was forgotten about & it seemed to take months, to raise & send a letter to the defendant. This instance was not with Julie though & was soon sorted once I chased.

We had the opportunity to work with Julie Hardy on our son's clinical negligence case. Although the process was quite complicated, she was very helpful from the beginning. At our first meeting, she put us at ease. Despite the case lasting a lengthy ten years, she always stayed in close touch, explaining what to expect at every stage. We found her to be very knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. She was instrumental in driving our case forward, bringing in various experts at the right times. We were impressed with her medical and legal knowledge, which helped unravel the complexities of our case. By bringing our case to a successful conclusion, she has enabled our young boy to achieve much more in life, something that wouldn't have been possible without her help.

Nelson’s took over from my previous solicitor, who I have to say seemed to drag his heels not returning calls and after nearly 3 years still had not resolved my claim. Hannah Manewell took over my case and within weeks of speaking to me had reached a satisfactory end.
