Nishi may seem communicative — replying to emails and offering updates — but don’t be fooled. Over the course of nearly five months, what should’ve been a straightforward process was dragged out endlessly due to her complete lack of urgency and poor grasp of key details.
Most damning of all, she missed the SDLT (Stamp Duty Land Tax) deadline, which resulted in a financial penalty — an entirely avoidable mistake. This happened because she only flagged the existence of a rent charge halfway through the process, despite it being clearly disclosed from the outset. It was a basic oversight with real consequences.
Throughout, I was repeatedly told things were progressing, but in truth, nothing was being done properly. I felt misled, frustrated, and ultimately out of pocket — all due to her negligence.
If you value competence, accountability, or even just someone who can meet deadlines, look elsewhere. This was an exhausting and costly experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone.
