    Excellent service from Shrdha Kapoor.

    Shrdha provided both a highly professional and very approachable service. Bringing a clinical negligence case was a very difficult thing to do, Shrdha showed sensitivity to the situation and my feelings throughout. Advise, options and guidance was given in a way that I could understand, and I was able to ask any questions and raise queries at any time, that were promptly responded to. Throughout the case it felt that Shrdha's approach and work was driven by genuine concern for what my family had experienced and the importance for us in getting acknowledgement of what had happened.

    Amazingly successful representation

    I am very happy with the representation that Shrdha and the barrister have provided during the inquest that was held after my brother passed away, experiencing medical negligence. Shrdha is a very kind and considerate person when it comes to these difficult matters. During the inquest, Shrdha and the barrister gave me a lot of clarity on the case and they reiterated all of the important details taken form the inquest. From the start when I made contact with the solicitors, Shradha kept me updated on everything and kept in regular contact with me to make sure I was supported and made sure the whole process was very easy for me.     Greatly Appreciate Shrdha’s Hard Work.

    This was never going to be an easy case, my Mother died due to neglect at the Nursing Home she lived. My sisters and I were really happy in the way Shrdha represented us.
