very happy
Amy & her team dealt very professionally with us over the sale of our apartment . Being in a block of flats , with freehold/leashold issues as well as information required relating to the Building Safety Act , it wasn't a simple or straightforward conveyancing but we were kept well informed of progress and it was all concluded very satisfactorily . Quick, professional conveyancing
Amy dealt with our conveyancing very quickly, and kept in contact through the entire process. We particularly felt reassured that Amy dealt with last minute changes to buyers solicitors and that the sale/conveyancing process was able to go ahead with (almost) no hitch at all. I would use Amy as a conveyancer again should the need ever arise.

House sale/deputyship

Top Quality Conveyancing!! Can’t recommend enough!!!
My Nelson’s Associate and Solicitor was fantastic!!! She called me every week without fail to give me a progress update and made the house buying process completely stress free. Whenever I started to get a little worried, her experience shone through and gave me all the subtle reassurances I needed. Thank you for making my house buying experience a good one! Efficient
Initial communication was very quick and efficient. Ongoing communication from Amy Tivey was regular and on the phone mainly rather than just e mail. A thorough process throughout tidying another land registry loose end also.
