Would recommend definitely
Aaron and his team were very supportive during a torrid and difficult divorce. He tempers your expectations while ensuring you know the consequences of choices before you make a decision, each step of the way. His services don't come cheap but are well worth it.

Excellent and Professional service
I had an excellent both professional and friendly approach to my case by Aaron Williams. Invaluable support & advice. To the heat out of combative situations.
I write to extend my gratitude to my solicitor Aaron Williams and all of the team at McAlister Family Law for all of the help provided to me during the last two and a quarter years.
Divorce is inevitably a difficult time and I found Aaron to offer supportive, professional and pragmatic advice making a difficult process as navigable as possible. His calm and thorough attention frequently 'took the heat out of' combative situations and exchanges with my ex-wife's solicitor.
For these reasons alone I would highly recommend utilising a specialist solicitor in any divorce, but as a former Detective Superintendent I also found it to be particularly valuable to have a solicitor experienced in the Police Pension Scheme.

Absolutely incredible Family Law Solicitors
We found ourselves in a very difficult, situation with a custody arrangement at the beginning of the Covid lockdowns. We never felt a for a moment that we were just another case in a long list, our legal team took the time to digest the details provided and steered the course to achieve the best outcome.
I have no doubt that the selection of the right solicitor who would give proper time and attention to understanding the nuances of the case, providing insight and guidance at every step in an otherwise intractable situation, was absolutely fundamental to achieving the best outcome for the child involved.
Our case was handled by Aaron Williams, his guidance throughout together with his selection of an even more brilliant barrister in the form of Claire Porter-Phillips (Unit Chambers) whose ability to take onboard an immense amount of detail and dilute it into the most effective court-room argument is simply unparalleled. For the rest of my life, her delivery in court will be forever etched as one of those bucket moments in life that just can not be bettered.
Put simply, you cannot do better than having McAlister Family Law on your side in a legal setting and whilst I am very sure that they have a fine retinue of available solicitors with Aaron Williams among those sitting on the very top of that list.

Aaron Williams - Highly Recommended!
I chose Aaron to work on my case at the start of this year as I had heard how exceptional he was and after our first meeting, I knew instantly that I had made the right decision. Aaron consistently reassured me from start to finish and gave me the confidence I needed during such a sensitive process. He listened to me and genuinely cared about my case.
