This lady knows her job! She broke it all down in a way that me and my partner could understand it and made us confident and comfortable enough to want to ask questions when we needed too.
She give us some really good advice, including steps of what to expect and clear direction moving forward.
She went above and beyond offering to support us with things that we was struggling with and all this was done with a warming smile.
We felt like we was heard and most definitely guided in the right direction after putting us on the right path.
If we need assistance in any further matters not just this one we will definitely be reaching out to McAlisters to assist us again.

Aaron and his team were very supportive during a torrid and difficult divorce. He tempers your expectations while ensuring you know the consequences of choices before you make a decision, each step of the way. His services don't come cheap but are well worth it.

With us every step of the way!

Paul took over our complicated family case at a time of intense stress. My child was in a traumatised state and had become extremely unwell, due to ongoing harmful parental contact. Paul identified the issues immediately and understood that my child was at risk. He has worked steadfastly to manage the case with care and attention to detail.

Paul has been by our side every step of the way. He prioritised the safety and wellbeing of my son at all times throughout a challenging time. He worked hard to secure the best outcome for my son to be able to thrive again in life and to ensure that he will be able to have a bright future where he feels happy and safe.

We literally could not of got through it all without him! We will be forever grateful and I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone seeking a personal, thorough, supportive and skilled solicitor.

Paul stepped in to assist with my partner's case at a crucial time when it appeared she was being positioned for failure—a scenario that could have had negative implications for her and her son. Immediately, Paul cut through the extraneous details to identify the crux of the issue. Six months on, we secured the positive outcome that my partner and her son truly deserved. Without Paul and his team's involvement, I doubt we would have reached this resolution. We are endlessly appreciative of their support.

The original solicitor handling my case left McAlister Law near the ending of my case and Melissa Jones took control of my case. I was unsure whether to proceed with McAlister because I did not know Melissa. I should not have worried.

Melissa’s handling of the case was perfect. I found her to be professional, approachable, and very focused. Melissa’s advice was informative, and she guided the closing of the case perfectly during the final two hearings – I could not have asked for anything more from her.

I went from not seeing my children for 20 months to a Live With / Live With order – that would not have happened without Melissa.

I cannot speak for other solicitors at McAlister Law, but I would strongly recommend Melissa.

I initially instructed Paul Reay in order to gain more contact with my son. This was now a number of years ago and therefore in that time I have got to know Paul extremely well. As well as being a specialist in children law, Paul is someone who I easily connected with on a human level. Paul has extremely good knowledge and a deep understanding of the law, including Parental Alienation, which was crucial for my case. Prior to instructing Paul, my relationship with my son was hanging in the balance, yet having secured a significant increase in time with my son, things have all changed. On behalf of myself and my son, I want to thank Paul for everything that he has done for us.’

Throughout I have been given sound advice and guidance . In particular I would like to thank Anna (Rooney) and Paul ((Reay) both of whom have been instrumental in ensuring I am able to take my children away for a much needed holiday after what has been a few stressful months .
