Nikki has been absolutely amazing, she has helped make such an awful situation so much easier than it would have been without her. She has been my cheerleader whilst making sure that the children are the main focus. She’s made me laugh through some of my darkest moments, and has kept me going through some really tough times. Clear, compassionate and understanding.
Nicola understood my situation very quickly and gave advice accordingly. She was clear and direct yet she was also sympathetic and lovely to speak to. I felt I had had a counselling session as well as advice from someone who is clearly knowledgeable, experienced and passionate in her work.

Friendly, professional and reassuring

Superb Support - Thank you so much
Nicola has worked on my case for over a year and has been outstanding throughout what has been an extremely complex and challenging matter. Nicola is highly child focussed, regularly breaking down conversation to what things really mean for my child and their future. Nikki is like having your bestfriend as your lawyer.
I have been a nervous wreck throughout this whole process, and probably expectedly so. Nikki has been supportive, kind and given me more courage than I thought I had. I had a complicated history and through very detailed work, Nikki made that seem so simple. Nikki had the best interests of my son in mind and drawing on her personal experiences, gave me more support than she needed to legally. Nikki is extremely knowledgeable with great understanding of the legal system, the court processes and the other side. Nikki was always brilliant at communicating, did not hesitate to be on the phone or text (sometimes out of hours), and I cannot express into words how much that means in such a difficult time. On the day of the hearing, she kept me calm, made me laugh and spoke to me honestly and openly about our options. I could not reccomend her enough. Thank you for everything.

I could not be happier with the service that Nikki provided.
I came to Nikki extremely nervous and scared because I didn’t know what to expect from the family court system. I feel like I have been wrongly accused of things therefore was in a state of panic.
Nikki reassured me that she would do everything possible to make things ok for me and to let her try and take some of that worry away from me. She is easy to talk to, extremely friendly which has helped me open up to her. She has made me feel more at ease and has talked me through every step of the way with care and compassion.
My case has now been closed and I could not have asked for a Better outcome. I would not like think how I would feel without Nikki helping me, she has honestly made this awful situation a whole lot better for me.
Friendly, extremely professional , gets back to me quickly… thank you very much Nikki.

Massive complex case
I went to see Nicola at the Alderley Edge branch. The case was a very complex and delicate case.
I was talked through the scenarios that could occur and given all information I needed. Nicola was in contacr with me throughout the 11 months it took to get the best result I could wish for.
I couldn't tecommend anyone other than Nicola to have handled my case.
She is a very conscientious, thoughtful and caring sbout her clients and their situations.
Professional and approachable. Always willing to listen to your feelings and thoughts, taking time for you, and directing you when needed.
Thankyou beyond words.

Absolutely fantastic
Well after having a previous solicitor representing me for a child arrangement order who I felt was not right for me and my case, I was recommended to Nikki by a friend and it was the best decision I have ever made.
Nikki was so professional from the start and throughout, she was not only extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of my case but she actually cared about me as a person and how I was feeling at this highly stressful time .
Nikki communicated to me throughout and if I was ever unsure of anything she was always on hand to explain .
No issue was ever too much for Nikki and she has been there every step of the way professionally and emotionally.
My case has been quite complicated but the results that we have achieved have far suppressed my expectations and I am truly grateful for all the hardwork that Nikki has done for me.
I will be forever grateful for her knowledge and support.
If I could give more than 10/10 then I would.

Nicola was unbelievably supportive, professional, and knowledgeable throughout a very stressful court period. I would whole heartedly recommend her and the team at McAlister family law.
