Ruth represented me for the best part of three and a half years during a fairly traumatic period in my life. The case was very complex and Ruth’s advice and vast legal experience in helping me navigate the process were invaluable. However I was even more appreciative of Ruth’s bedside manner. She was incredibly empathetic, positive and supportive throughout which is so important when you’re going through something that can be so emotionally challenging. It was extremely reassuring to have someone who was so determined to fight my corner but also that I could lean on in the hard times and I will always be very grateful to Ruth for that. Over the last 12 months I've worked with both Nikki and Ruth on what was one of the most stressful times of my life in a CAO dispute. Nikki and Ruth had my back at every turn, kept me focused and offered both personal and legal advice. These 2 ladies are genuinely 2 of the most wonderful people I could ever have wished to of met. Where do I start, Paul has been incredible, from the moment I spoke about my situation which was complex, difficult and challenging, Paul demonstrated a calm, passion and flair to help me get through this with as much confidence and strength I could muster.
