Outstanding
Melanie was very helpful and understanding of our needs. Communication was excellent and we were updated regularly on the progress of our wills and LPAs.Always received an answer to a query very quickly.

First rate experience
I approached Melanie and the team under very stressful circumstances with a great deal of anxiety. From our first correspondence Melanie was friendly, helpful professional and reassuring and made me feel at ease and calmer to know that I had someone like her in my corner. The advice I received was clear, practical and at each stage of the process my options were set out to me in a way that was easy to understand - no confusing legal jargon which can add to your sense of anxiety sometimes. Correspondence was clear and timely, i never had to chase up a response and was never left hanging. Thank you to Melanie and her team, you were a big support to me at a very difficult time.

New Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney
From our initial call we felt we were in safe hands. All members of the team were polite, approachable, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and professional.
Communication was excellent, any questions we had were answered quickly. Melanie always ensured we were happy and had an understanding of each stage of the process.

Will updated
The attention to detail was excellent. Sadly the first Solicitor was taken ill midway through the Will-writing process, but it was seamlessly taken over and my requirements were clearly understood very well. I will definitely use this Firm in the future.

I arrange an appointment to write a will. Appointment was booked straight away, communication was good at face to face Meeting and via email. Will was completed quickly and easily.
