Prompt Attentive Service
We had a very painless experience throughout the sale of our house. Although not unduly complicated, the process had its tricky moments but there were dealtwith immediately and thoroughly by Izzy, our paralegal. In particular she was excellent at communicating with us at all points. She dealt with the other party's solicitors efficiently and diplomatically. We were very pleased.

Great communication every step of the way
Izzy has been great throughout the house sale. Clear comms via email providing updates at a regular cadence and detailing any actions/steps that require input from me. As a first-time house sale, Izzy gave me confidence through the process as it was quite daunting.

Brilliant Sevice
We have just used Banner Jones Solicitors in Chesterfield to sell our old house which had been in for over 30 years so selling houses was an unknown thing for us but the staff at Banner Jones were absolutely amazing and guided through the whole thing and helped us to sort out a couple of problems which arose on the deeds from over 100 years ago unbelievable but the whole service they gave us was great and after those initial queries from the early 1900’s they made sure everything else went smoothly and as quick as possible for us we would highly recommend them to everyone
