I needed legal advice on the issue of a Shareholders Agreement and my case was assigned to Oliver Kent who has only recently qualified. He was efficient and engaging from the outset, kept me informed, and answered my emails quickly. We met for a consultation in the Exeter Office. He was well-prepared, thorough, explained the legal implications in simple terms, and guided me through the process very well indeed. I am delighted with the document he drafted and would have no hesitation in recommending both Tozers in general and Oliver Kent in particular for this area of law.

Fabulous service, professional and feel completely safe, all aspects are considered to ensure you're protected but no unnecessary push to spend more than you have to. Above all else is their incredibly friendly and caring approach - thank you for being so kind.
