Excellent legal support and care
I am so happy that I chose Barry O'Leary to accompany our family on the challenging asylum claim journey. I needed someone that professional and humane on our side in this process. I felt very well supported, represented and cared for. We received a positive decision a couple of days after the substantative interview. Barry and Imogen also made sure we obtained our evisas and travel documents, one of which required name/gender change. Wesley Gryk did everything for us to have a strong start in the UK.

Support
I was asked to called and speak with Barry O'Leary BUT I want to thank Barry O'Leary and the firm and receptionist for introducing me and assigning Ciera McCartney and Jennifer Aitken to assist me with my immigration process. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a world of difference during a very important and stressful time. I felt supported every step of the way, and I’m truly grateful for the care and dedication they showed. Thank you again for having such an amazing team.

Excellent Service
Bringing our kids to the UK- My husband and I were introduced to Barry O'Leary. we had an email exchange with Barry, our first consultation meeting was booked, after the 1st meeting, we got a client care email detailing what was discussed and itemised documents we need to produce/sent to the firm was also list.
All we did was to use the client care letter as our base to send required documents. we were also told that the timeline from application to passports received will be 3-4 months which what our case. At all times if our solicitor (Barry O'Leary) is on holiday, he drops an email leaving us in the care of his our colleagues to monitor emails on his behalf. It was a smooth/professional process. we knew our timeline from our 1st consultations because we follow through and submitted the required documents as required.

Exceptional Service
I have used Barry three times in my applications and all were successful.
I had overstayed on my student visa when I met Barry O’Leary. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and gave me good and honest advise on what applications we needed to make to the home office in order to regularise my immigration status. The application was successful and the subsequent applications following that.
I have received nothing but exceptional service from him. He talked me through every stage of the application process and would always respond to any concerns I had.
His fees were more than fair considering the excellent service I received. I can’t recommend him enough and I’ll be forever grateful for the help and advice i received from him.
With my naturalisation application, llhaan Dirsche his paralegal, was amazing and incredibly helpful. She answered every query I had, from big to small she always responded to them and on time. She was very professional and made the process very seamless for me. Thankyou Again!
