Overall positive
Harrowells York was experienced and helpful resulting in a successful claim. My consultations were very thorough. I felt listened to and Grace guided me through the process in depth. All emails were very detailed and gave me lots of choice but while some emails were replied to promptly - others took weeks for a response. Furthermore, I found it challenging to contact Grace by telephone in general. Although long, overall the process was smooth and went very well. I am appreciative of what Grace has done for me.
