Alex Nolan represented me through a very difficult case for me personally as I was accused of some hurtful and untrue allegations.Alex was extremely professional and his knowledge of the law was flawless. I was a legal aid client but that didn't stop Alex taking numerous calls from me whenever i was worried about anything. Today my case has ended after a long battle and thanks to Alex he has gotten the result I needed. Without his experience and knowledge today could have gone very wrong. Excellent - more than a 5 star rating
Following an incident I turned up at SMC and asked to speak with the Duty Solicitor, this was Alex Nolan. He advised me in the most professional manner I could wish for after listening to my side.
Ended up having Alex as my Solicitor for a potential trial which in the end the trial was not required.
Throughout the whole process Alex kept me informed of developments with my case and advised me from his professional aspect on how to move forward with my case. He has an outstanding knowledge of the legal system.
Alex was 100% professional at all times and if I ever need a solicitor again would contact Alex.

Section 5 Public order investigation
an allegation had been mad against me and was reported to the Police, i contacted Howells solicitors in Sheffield and they provided me with a solicitor (Alex Nolan) well what can i say, he was professional, polite and helpfull, explained everything that was happening, and calmed me down, as it turned out the allegations were false and NO further action was taken against me.

Outstanding dedication
Alex represented for a two separate incidents which were linked.He was 100% dedicated,respectful and listened to me.He explained every thing so I fully understood,he sticks to facts and details that are relevant yet listens to the whole story.He explains everything every step of the way,he keeps in contact even if he is busy he will email and update you.He has also showed great compassion and made me feel very supported and got me the outcome I was hoping for.I hope I never need a solicitor again but if I do I know who I would want to represent me and that is Alex
