Goddard Dunbar was nothing short of amazing, Tracy and Sarah were dealing with my case and I can't fault them on anything. The communication was excellent and I did not have to chase them up. Absolutely fabulous service. All the staff were extremely helpful through both selling our home and purchasing our new home. We were kept in the know at every stage of the process and all communication was followed with a speedy response with nothing being too much trouble. We were worried that it would be stressful but it was made extremely smooth by all of the very professional staff that helped us. We would 100% recommend this firm to everyone and are over the moon.

Overall the experience was good. In some ways it could of been pushed along a bit quicker I was told there wasn’t much todo on occasion and then 2 weeks later nothing would of progressed, I was told I would receive documents one afternoon and then again it was two weeks later. Jennifer who dealt with my sale was very quick and efficient and I had minimal contact with her. In total it took around 14 weeks however as there was no chain I think this could have been done in around 10.
