What a wonderful experience dealing with Ilian Granville. Patient, thorough and a credit to his firm and profession. Being non resident buyers we were extremely nervous going into our property purchase. All fears were allayed when we started working with Ilian - put our minds completely at ease - was transparent in his approach and got the job done under extremely tight timelines!

If you ever have the opportunity to employ the services of these guys then do so and count yourself lucky if you get Ilian Granville working your case.
No matter what the task and what ever concerns or questions I had Ilian took care of it. The level of service he and the company went to to ensure I was looked after was above and beyond!
The handled my case with professionalism and at no point did I lose faith in Ilian or his advice and his personal touch of never failing to answer the phone or respond to my emails gave me constant faith in his work.
I would have no concerns in recommending Ilian and Butters David Grey to anyone and would certainly if needed use them again.

I have used Ilian Granville for various projects over the years, purchasing, selling, writing commercial leases etc. For me its all about if I feel I am getting a good service. Ilian always responds promptly, sometimes very late at night due to work load but always same day. I wish there were more solicitors like him, he is decent, fair, realiable and HUMAN. Ilian was a fantastic. He exchanged and completed on a house within 7 days, something every other solicitor had said would be impossible. Ilian Granville was recommended to us by a friend. He was excellent, very helpful and answered any and all questions we had throughout the whole process of buying first house.
