We received excellent service from Pavilion Row dealing with the estate of our late mother. Will was always very professional & explained each step of the process in a friendly, helpful manner. He was always available to talk to directly & replied to emails promptly. At no point did we ever feel overwhelmed by the whole process. Every member of staff we spoke to was also very friendly & efficient. We would highly recommend.

When my cousin died in April 2024 without leaving a will, as his next of kin in this country it was left to me to try to sort out the mess. Not knowing where to start I found papers in his study from Pavilion Row who had dealt with his late partner's estate. I contacted the company & was introduced to Will Morris so I decided that I wanted him to act on behalf of the estate. I found Will to be very professional & approachable & I could not have wished for a better service. It has taken over two years to finalise the estate & Will has remained steadfast & helpful throughout so that I cannot praise him too highly.

We found Will at Pavilion Row after several false starts because of the complexity of our wills/probate/estate/trust case and very challenging family circumstances. Because of various moving parts (no fault of Will's) it has taken a long time - years - to sort out to resolution. Throughout, Will has been the consummate professional: helpful, knowledgeable, pragmatic, diligent, efficient and measured, even as things were tough and problems seemed intractable. He has helped us all get to resolution and I can't thank him enough. I would definitely use him again (although he might not want us!) and have no hesitation in recommending him.

From the initial meeting to the final sign off Pavilion Row provided a First Class Service. They were happy to work at my pace in dealing with my late Father's Estate and house sale. They provided clear and helpful advice all the way through the process and were always available on the phone if needed. They were always happy to deal with and sort any additional issues that cropped up along the way and I would definitely recommend Pavilion Row.
