    Highly recommend Winston Solicitors

    We recently used Winston Solicitors for conveyancing on both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new one. Michelle Ayres was exceptional throughout. She was accessible, proactive, and it genuinely felt like she was on our side and working in our best interests. There were a few challenges in the chain, but Michelle was always willing to take the time to explain the situation, outline our options, and keep everything moving. As our process stretched over 6 months, there were times when Michelle was out of the office, but Olivia Cooke and Samantha Robertson-Strong seamlessly picked things up and ensured nothing ever slipped. It was an outstanding experience that made a difficult and often stressful process far more manageable. We would highly recommend Winston Solicitors, and especially Michelle, to anyone, and we will certainly look to use their services again in future (although we plan to enjoy our new home and give ourselves a well earned break for now).

    From start to finish Samantha Robertson-Strong and Michelle Ayres were fabulous! Always at the other end of the phone, communication was excellent, along with a progress App which we could access at any point. They did everything they said they would, when they said they would, would highly recommend to others and would be happy to work with both Sam and Michelle again.     Really helpful and responsive. Used them for my remortgage which included taking someone off the deed and making the mortgage for me only and it was all very smooth and I felt very well informed throughout. Felt like good value for money. Would use again.

    We were happy with the process of our house sale and replies to communication were always prompt. We did however experience some delays with the house sale, prolonging the process, but when things were moving - they were smooth.

    Samantha and team were amazing. Samantha especially was so quick with her responses and very competent & efficient when responding to other parties solicitors. No stone was left unturned with her, so I felt very confident and informed moving forward with the house purchase. She made a stressful experience as stress free as possible. You hear horror stories of solicitor experiences, but I can assure you that is not the case with Samantha! Honestly can’t appreciate and thank her enough, and will always use her moving forward.
