Professional, Diligent, and Sympathetic Throughout
Bishop and Sewell were instructed by us in a delicate and very frustrating matter under trust law. The skill, diligence and patience they deployed demonstrated an exceptionally high standard of professional service. The resolution was complex and protracted beyond reason by the COVID situation. Their lawyers and staff - in particular Rachel Waller - demonstrated empathy and understanding in dealing with our frustration and seeing the matter through to a satisfactory conclusion. We recommend them most highly.

Five stars
Rachael Waller worked for me on a matter involving a dispute with my fellow leaseholder. Although the process took quite a long time, Rachael remained committed throughout to sorting out the problem and it was finally resolved in my favour. Her work on this case was thorough, informed and she was extremely approachable at all times. Her knowledge and expertise were evident throughout and I would highly recommend her.

Simply Outstanding
Bishop and Sewell were one of at least 10 law firms that I contacted regarding my case. The other 9 all were not at all thorough about considering the various elements of my case an simply responded by saying they could write a simple letter on my behalf with no deeper or further strategy.
Rachel Waller at Bishop and Sewell was very different. When she called me back it was clear she had already given time and thought to my specific case and had a very clear strategy already outlined about what laws applied to my situation and how she would move forward on the basis of those laws. It was a very smart outline which showed the depth and breadth of her knowledge and I decided to move forward with Bishop and Sewell on the basis of her plan.
The matter was a complex one but Ms. Waller managed to resolve it quickly (there was significant time presssure in the matter) and extremely effectively. Her communication with me was excellent and clear. She struck the perfect balance between keeping me informed and moving things forward on her own. She obtained the best possible outcome for me and was a very strong negotiator.
I was extremely impressed by the work that Ms. Waller at Bishop and Sewell did on my behalf. I would recommend Bishop and Sewell to anyone and will certainly be using them again in future should the need ever arise.
