Rebecca & Jess were both superb throughout our experience dealing with them. We were constantly kept up to speed with developments on our sale & purchase and during what proved to be an extremely stressful time (due to serious issues with a different firm of solicitors who were involved in the chain) they both went above and beyond to ensure our transaction was not compromised and any inconvenience was kept to a minimum. We were both very grateful to be looked after so well & would definitely recommend them.

I'm so glad that I chose this firm to handle a very sensitive process of moving me to my new home. Rebecca and Jess have been absolutely fantastic at being responsive and dealing with my worries and putting me at ease. These ladies are an absolute credit to Wragg Mark-Bell! We had a few issues, delays and quite tense moments that were easily handled, Jess even staying later in the office to push things through. Rebecca Saunders - The best in the business My wife and I had gone through some recent difficult times with another solicitor on a previous property, we didn't actually end up buying that property, having sold ours this meant we had to go into rented accommodation (eventually) and move 3 times in the space of month before Christmas with 2 young kids! Not much fun! We decided to search for Rebecca as she had helped us with a previous property purchase so we knew we could trust her, and after losing nearly 13k with the last sale and solicitor we needed someone we could rely on. Rebecca is by far the best in the business, she is an outstanding professional who I believe is a credit to her company and chosen profession From start to finish she helped us with our purchase. She went the extra mile to offer a solution, chased and chased other parts of our buying chain and did so much more than we had expected. She contacted us frequently with information and always returned an email on the same day, I honestly can't praise her enough at how good she is at her job. If we ever buy another property she will be the only person we choose. She's that good, she even knew how good the weather was in Cyprus when whilst we were on holiday!!!
