Great solicitors I have ever met
When I met Clare McDade at the first time, I was struggled with a tragic situation. It was completely new experience and I had no idea what to do. She and her trainee, Sajid had been very patient and great understanding. I believe that my late husband sent them to me to help. Finally I could make a next step for my life. And I will definitely ask them when I need their knowledge again.

Claim for clinical negligence
From the very first contact made with Claire and discussing such a sensitive matter, the professionalism, respect, communication, and most importantly care and support, has been first class and I really cannot fault it. Nothing has been too much trouble and we have been kept up to date throughout without even needing to prompt or chase her. She has always just been a phone call away and has honestly felt like a friend due to her caring, but professional, nature.
As the Case progressed, we were introduced to Sajid, who again, cannot be faulted for his due care and diligence when representing our family. He was very knowledgable and supportive and answered all questions in such a way that made the legal world easy to navigate.
Both are a credit to the firm, are easy to contact, which in such circumstances as ours, made a difficult situation just that slight bit easier, and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anybody! As a family we really cannot thank them enough.

Medical negligence
Upon going through the absolute worst experience of my life, losing my new born daughter . My gut knew what had happened wasn't right. When I contactedd the Solicitors and was put On to Claire who went through my case with me bit by bit validating my claims . Not only did she win for me and my daughter but she helped make changes within the nhs which will hopefully help another family . Claire was completely professional supportive and was on hand when ever I needed her. This lady sat through my daughters inquest from her owm hospital bed . She made sure I never felt like I was alone . Il be forever grateful for her support throughout. Should anybody ever require a Solicitor Claire mcdade is who il always recommend . Thank you ...

Very professional and thoughtful solicitor

Excellent solicitors
I brought a case of death due to negligence to M&K solicitors. my case was passed to Clare McDade October/November 2021. With in that year Clare was very helpful and professional. The nhs admitted straight away they was in the wrong and caused my nans death. I’m so glad they know they was wrong. Can’t recommend enough, use this firm without a doubt you will be in safe hands. Top service
I came to m&k solicitors last summer after an operation I had went wrong (long story) I was told by a couple of no win no fee solicitors in Liverpool were I am from that it was to risky because it could be down to the equipment that was used which the NHS may not claim liability for so I turned to M&K and my claim has been dealt with by Clare Mcdade and she was confident from the start and now I have just been offered a settlement of £8000 by the NHS which I have rejected and M&K are in the process to claiming more compensation due to the mental effects the operation had on me so who knows what's next. I couldn't recommend this these solicitors any more!

My Solicitor
I would like to say that having my Solicitor and Clare McDade supporting my case is a weight of my mind. Having ptsd through what happened to me she is understanding, very professional and always there to assist me on my queries and questions. She is clear with her actions and what she needs me to do and I feel so much better knowing she is representing my side of things. I could not go through with without her as my Solicitor.
