During our house purchase, we had to switch solicitors due to a lender panel issue. We choose Kreston Law based on the many positive reviews and can confirm I was not disappointed. The transition between solicitors & Krestons was smooth and quick. Atescan was amazing to work with. Friendly, responsive and always available to answers my queries, even at 7pm! Communication was great and I was informed every step of the way. Even with a solicitor switch, conveyancing took about 3 weeks which was superb! Cannot express enough how grateful we are to Atescan for all hard work and support the house buying process. Conveyancing is always super stressful but happy to say thanks to Kreston / Atescan, it felt like a quick breeze. Would highly recommend! Thanks Atescan!!
