Karin was very helpful and professional

Professional and supportive
I sadly found myself in a position where I needed an employment solicitor to support me in a settlement agreement last year and was recommended Karin by a colleague who had gone through a similar situation. From the get go, Karin took the time to listen and provide really good guidance on immediate steps that I needed to take to record the series of events whilst they were still clear in my mind. Throughout the process Karin made sure to check in regularly not just with updates on the process but also around my wellbeing, showing empathy and compassion during a situation which for most people is exceptionally stressful.
Karin guided and advised me drawing from a wealth of experience and always gave both her professional and personal opinions in equal measure.
I genuinely don't think I could have gotten through this process with her support and will forever be grateful for her time, professionalism and compassion.

Super efficient and professional
I was struggling to find a solicitor who could give me a straight answer as to how they would charge. Then a friend recommended Karin. I must say I was impressed.
She was swift in her responses, clear in her explanations. It felt good to have such a confident helping hand guiding you through a not-very-pleasant time. I just can’t thank her enough.

Empathic and approachable
Karin was very approachable, empathic and understanding of the situation. The explanations she gave about the legal document were clear and understandable. She always answered really fast to query and gave expectations of timeline. It was a pleasure dealing with her despite the circumstances

A compassionate hard worker who will fight for you to no end
I had a very unfortunate experience which rattled me immensely. Karin in able to come from a very kind and calm angle and then put in motion perfect legal advice and put you at ease when no one else could. It was a very difficult time and Karin stood by me to the end, and advised me perfectly, in any situation you can count on her for any employment law saga. I am very thankful for Karin's help, someone who can empathise and strategise for the sake of her client.

Settlement Agreement support
I've had Karin support me with a settlement agreement and I couldn't recommend her enough. She's not only an excellent and extremely capable professional but also a lovely person. Even in this difficult process, and without knowing me, she not only gave me sound legal advice but also imparted some life wisdom as well. Outstanding and compassionate service
I found Karen, Aeris Employment, through my established network in a desperate need of an employment lawyer to read over an exit contract.
