I am a citizen of one country (where my ex and I married). My ex-spouse is the citizen of a second country but we owned property in a third and fourth country, where neither of us were resident. Only one of these countries is in the EU. I'd interviewed 6 other solicitors in the UK before I met with Frank. Not one of these gave me any confidence that they understood the complexities of the situation and had the delicate acumen to deal with it. I felt the other were just seeing me and my case as source to receive a hefty fee from. Frank was not like this at all. He immediately flagged my own concerns without me raising. He demonstrated an immediate understanding for the realities of the situation. Before I even fully engaged him, he laid out a plan to help me establish a firm case to file in the UK, where I had the greatest chances for a fair settlement. Frank guided me over the course of 2 years and we were able to file and litigate in the UK, where eventually I was granted a decree absolut and the judge signed off on a settlement that the ex spouse tried to pull out of after agreeing to it. If not for Frank's guidance and expertise in the fourth country where we owned property, justice certainly would not have been served to me to the extend it has. Frank was always only a phone call away and was patient and calming when everything seemed to me catastrophic. Thanks to Frank I've been able to start my independent life on my terms even with the obstructions or non-cooperation from the respondent.
