Very happy with service
Sam was really communicative and helpful, explaining each step of the process. Despite many complexities and delays to the house purchase, Sam made the experience a whole lot less stressful as I was confident that he had everything in hand and would keep me updated often. I would recommend Sam and Pearce Legal to anyone purchasing a house (and already have done!)

Great service
Sam was brilliant from start to finish of my house sale. The difference between him and the solicitor my partner used gor her sale was massive. I would fully recommend him and Pearce Legal.

Fantastic Service!
I have used Sam’s services twice over the last two years, firstly for a problematic flat sale and secondly, for the sale and purchase of the main family residence. Outstanding conveyancing service

Fantastic!
This is the third time we have used Pearcelegal and Sam was fantastic. He continously kept me up to date with no need for chasing like our friends have had using other firms. There was no question he couldn't answer and he was easily accessible. We will only use Pearcelegal for our house sales and have recommended to all of our friends.

Efficient and professional
I was recommended to this
Solicitors by a friend who had been through a divorce, Nick was great, he helped me to finalise my divorce and child contact case and buy my house with another colleague (Sam Keefe)
, unfortunately the timing of my situation coincided with covid and made everything a lengthy process however i always felt that everything was being well taken care of. I have recommended this solicitors since and will continue to do so.
