I've used Pearce Legal twice for conveyancing - the first time on a house purchase as FTBs, and the second for both a sale and purchase, and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Solihull area.
Sam Keefe acted for me on both occasions and was fantastic at keeping things progressing smoothly and keeping me informed, and on both occasions the whole house buying/selling process was completed quickly thanks to his work.

Tahira is a highly competent, dedicated and professional solicitor who went above and beyond in conveyancing a commercial property on our behalf, she always replied to all enquiries extremely promptly, we were always kept in the loop and advised on certain matters along the way, providing clear, understandable advice, the conveyancing was a complex matter but Tahira made us feel very confident that every matter was dealt with to a high standard.
