I mainly dealt with Tony Lynch. I found Tony very informative and thorough and was easy enough to contact. The best compliment I can give is to say that by the end of the one year process, due to unforeseen circumstances, Tony felt like a good friend. I was offered free conveyancing by Bloors Construction Company but I decided to stay with Tony.

Helpful and efficient

Excellent!
Pearcelegal assisted us the sale and purchase of our home last year. At all times we were kept updated with progress and every step of the process was explained clearly as and when required.
Exchange and Completion were achieved on the dates promised - even though Exchange went upto the wire of 4.55pm on a Friday! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Percelegal.

Pearcelegal solicitors that you can trust.
I sold a property via Pearcelegal solicitors in 2022. Tony Lynch was fantastic. He was very helpful throughout, answered all my questions. We had some difficult dealing and he met them head on and didn't stop until he got the right outcome. All the staff were approachable and friendly. I felt the costs were sensible and good value for money.
