Alice qualified as a solicitor in August 2022, having trained with Forbes and gaining experience in the firm's Family, Crime, Defendant Insurance, and Employment teams. Alice advises and supports employers and employees in a range of contentious and non-contentious Employment law issues. This includes but is not limited to day-today HR queries; drafting, negotiating and advising on settlement agreements; advising on protected conversations; reviewing and drafting grievance and disciplinary policies; assisting with investigations; and supporting on a range of claims brought in the Employment Tribunal. Alice also provides advice and support on Business Immigration matters including guiding applicants through the skilled worker visa application process and providing ongoing advice and support to individuals and businesses with their immigration queries.
