I would highly recommend Daniel Perry. He was very professional and provided a outstanding service. It was a very stressful process due to COVID19 but Daniel made sure we were always informed and up to date about everything. Excel service for our sale / purchase once again.

Conveyancing services
Daniel at Bannister Preston has been brilliant from start to finish with the purchase of my new home. He has been attentive and responsive to all my queries and emails and has chased things whenever required. He really did make buying the property much smoother than it could have been and after all the stories you hear about how difficult it can be to liaise with people I was very pleasantly surprised at how my experience has been the opposite!

Purchase of house
I was recommended to Bannister Preston via the Estate agent who was dealing with sale of the property. I can honestly say the service I received from Dan was exceptional. If he wasn't available he would always return my call within a few minutes. He kept me updated with the whole process so I knew exactly what I needed to complete. Best solicitor I have ever used! Daniel have made my purchase so much easy
