We instructed Ian Merry to conduct our conveyancing for the sale and subsequent purchase of our properties. From the beginning, he and his colleague Vicky, have been communicative, patient with all of our silly questions and so incredibly helpful. I know that solicitors have several clients and can’t always deal with you as fast as you may like but in this circumstance I had a response within 24 hours if not immediately and I can’t praise their work any higher! Absolutely use Merry and Co for your conveyancing needs!

Absolutely shocking service.
Constantly lied about updates and jobs that they hadn’t in fact done. Had to send copies of important documents several times because of them misplacing them. Took ages to answer any emails.
Very abrupt and vague answers on detailed emails sent to them with genuine questions and concerns. So much so that we and a few other clients of Merry & Co have filed complaints to the Legal Ombudsman.
Very arrogant and unprofessional in the manner of how he communicated by email. “ hello mate” etc..

Would avoid at all cost!!!

Needed urgent appointment and a couple of follow ups.
Could not be more helpful. Friendly and helpful would highly recommend
