Foreign Qualified Lawyer

Victoria is a Foreign Qualified Lawyer in the Family team. She is a native French speaker and recently passed the Paris bar exam. She is also a qualified New York attorney. She handles all aspects of private family law work, including divorce and financial proceedings, prenuptial agreements and children proceedings. Victoria’s work focuses mainly on Anglo-French cases. She assists French-speaking clients who separate or divorce in England and English clients with interests in France. She also previously helped clients decide whether they should have a French marriage contract or an English prenuptial agreement. Victoria studied in France and the United States. She obtained a Master 1 in Business Law from Paris Dauphine University PSL in 2019, an LLM in American Law from Boston University in 2020 and a Master 2 in Private International Law from Panthéon-Assas University Paris II in 2021.
