Thanks to Amanda
Amanda helped us to reclaim a property that was a year trying to remove the tenant. As she explained it did not go to court but the correctly followed process enabled us to re take property before it actually went to court, Thank You Amanda

Worked efficiently and effectively on my case
Amanda was very understanding and professional. She dealt with the case efficiently and effectively with great results. I would definitely recommend the property litigation team at forbes. They dealt with some difficult people for me and really relieved me of the stress.

Brilliant, knowledgeable, patient and efficient.
We experienced an unusually upsetting and complicated situation, requiring legal assistance. Holidays delayed events but as soon as Mrs Leach returned everything, as far as Forbes was concerned, ran smoothly.
Amanda was calm, friendly, professional and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. By her carefully structured questioning she managed to assess the situation, finding a way forward. She took time to explain everything for the successful outcome. Thank you

Very professional and efficient solicitors
Have used Forbes before but this time to apply for a repossession order for a rented property. Right from the start the staff were really friendly and helpful. Amanda was directly responsible for preparing the case and worked quickly to submit it to the courts. Communication was great - always answering the telephone and responding to queries. Adverse possesion.
The Adverse Possession application for an area of land adjacent to our garden resulted in a positive outcome. The process had a duration of over two years from our initial contact with Sam Abdoolah in May 2021. The length of time was due in part to a number of changes in personnel and breakdown of a handover of information and poor communication at Forbes. I believe the personnel changes have resulted in extra costs over and above the initial cost estimate. Once Amanda was engaged the matter was then progressed in a timely manner.
