Before joining the Marvel Oaks Solicitors’ Business Immigration team, Steve worked at Hazelhurst Solicitors, where he was involved in managing the Sponsorship Management System (SMS) for the firm’s Business Immigration clients. His success rate in Business and General Immigration is remarkable, hence his enviable record number of clients. Prior to his training as a lawyer, Steve’s early professional life was in Sales and Marketing. This experience allows him to provide excellent customer service, using his knowledge of the Law to providing a quality legal service. Steve completed his Bachelors in Law (LL. B) at the University of Wales and went further to complete his Master’s in Law (LL. M) at the University of Law combined with Legal Practice Course (LPC) from the same institution. He went further to work in a couple of well reputed London firms including Hazelhurst Solicitors at the London office prior to joining Marvel Oaks Solicitors. Steve has advisory experience in a range of practice areas, including Immigration Law, Family Law and Personal Injury and Accident Claims. Steve specialises in supporting clients making successful business immigration applications. He works primarily with sponsor licenced business owners who are looking to recruit migrant workers from within the UK and Overseas. Steve also advises on, Skilled Worker; Global Business and Mobility; Global talent; Start-Up; and Innovator visas. Beyond business immigration, he has supported clients applying under the Ukraine Family and Ukraine Sponsorship schemes, Family Visas applications, Student and Post Graduate visas and wider UK Immigration applications.
