    Great Experience as First Time Buyers

    As first time buyers, the whole process felt pretty daunting at times, but Katrina was incredibly helpful, responsive and professional throughout. She explained everything clearly, kept things moving, and made what could have been a very stressful purchase feel much more manageable. When our case was transferred to Alexandra later in the process, the transition was seamless and we continued to receive excellent support through to completion.
